IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19
Currently, our online store is fully operational with our Customer Care team (working remotely) available during our usual business hours. Our manufacturing and distribution continues as normal with the addition of appropriate measures in place to ensure the safety and health of our staff in the workplace, as well as that of our customers. At present, we are not experiencing significant delays in getting orders to our customers within Australia, though this of course could change at any moment so we will continue to update our FAQ pages or contact those affected if this changes. As most delivery partners are now introducing contactless deliveries, this means you will not be asked to sign for deliveries. Instead, drivers will keep a safe distance and will record your initials on their device. They will place your order on your doorstep and do their best to support anyone that requires assistance. Please be advised that when you place an order on our site that you are agreeing to these terms of delivery. We continue to monitor the situation very closely.
All products are shipped within 1 business day of you placing your order and can expected to be delivered to you within the below timeframe:• Metropolitan Areas: 2+ Business Days
• Regional Areas: Up to 10 Business Days
We currently deliver to all Australian addresses. Please be aware that all orders placed on this website are automatically given authority to leave in a safe place if you are not home for delivery. If you do not want this to happen please make a special instruction regarding your delivery on your order. You can do this on the special area provided on the “Cart” page which is prior to checkout.
We currently do not provide Express Shipping as a standard service. If you require Express Shipping please manually place your order with us by calling us direct on 1300 388 988.
We currently do not accept international orders via our website. If you live outside of Australia and would like to place an order with us this can be done by arrangement. Please manually place your order with us by calling us direct +61 435 303 579 or by email at email@example.com.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which confirms your order number, item/s purchased and your delivery address.
Please be patient if your order confirmation isn’t delivered to your inbox straight away – it can take a couple of hours but in most cases it is immediate. Please ensure that you are checking the correct email address you used to purchase your item with and check it hasn’t been filtered into your spam/junk mail. If you have not received an order confirmation email please contact us so that we can follow this up for you.
All orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1-2 days once your order has been placed to receive the tracking number.
Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason after 24 hours. All orders are fulfilled after 24 hours of receipt of your order and your purchase will already be on its way to you.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

I need to change my address, can I do that?
Unfortunately after 24 hours of placing your order with us your items will have shipped and details on the order after this time cannot be changed.
I haven’t received my order yet, what should I do?
Our shipping partners deliver parcels upon timing stipulated above. On the rare occasion, there are delays and delivery duration may extend beyond these expected time frames. Please contact us after the specified timeframe above if you have not received your order.
