I want to buy a Gift Card for a friend. Are these transferrable?
Yes. Each Gift Card issued contains a unique code that you can pass onto your friend. Each code is unique and eligible for a one-time use.

Our oil is from Tasmania and produced from the highest quality Tasmanian grown Atlantic Salmon.

Are all your products approved to carry the Australian Made & Owned Logo?
Yes. We are proud to be a licensee of Australian Made & Owned and all of our products have gone through the stringent application process to proudly display the logo.

When creating new brands for the Australian market, why did you think it was important to ensure your products are approved for the Australian Made & Owned logo?
As a South Australian manufacturing company, we wanted to bring out quality products and create new brands that people would get to know, use and trust. Knowing that there is no compromise on quality or price. We also want to create jobs for Australians as we believe we have great products and once they get into the marketplace people will come to know the same.

I normally use Tuna Oil with my bait for fishing. How does your product compare?
Our customers report to us that they are getting better results with our oil. They also report that there is less clumping and dry pockets throughout their bait and burley after mixing and soaking.

My current oil for fishing is clumping and not evenly distributing within the bait. I’m getting dry pockets throughout the burley after mixing. How is yours different?
Firstly, the fact that your current oil is not evenly distributing throughout your burley is an indication that you are probably using a poor quality of oil. Our oil absorbs 100% into your mix and doesn’t leave dry pockets after thoroughly mixing and soaking. It is important to mention that most fishing oils are blended. Ours is 100% Pure with no added ingredients.

Can I use your Oil for fishing in fresh water or salt water?
Both. Our Tassie Salmon Oil can be used for fishing in both fresh and salt water.

Can I use your Oil on my hook and lure baits?
Yes you can. Simply dunk your hook bait or lure baits into our Tassie Salmon Oil to give your bait an added boost of attractant. Works even if you are using an imitation lure or a dead bait.

What type of fish can I catch using your oil?
Our Tassie Salmon Oil is the perfect attractant for most species of fish and crustaceans and can be used for game, sport or leisure fishing.

What is the best way for me to use your Machinery Protectant?
Apply with a brush, sponge, cloth or spray. For small items such as hooks, simply dunk in the oil and set aside to cure. Feedback from our customers suggests that it is always a good idea to apply the Tassie Salmon Oil Machinery Protectant to your boat trailer, car, caravan, tractor, metal fishing equipment, etc. and allow time to cure for 2-4 weeks depending on when and how you are intending to use your items or vehicles. Sand, dirt and dust will all stick to your affected areas until the area is cured and the surface is no longer sticky to the touch.

How long is the delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is currently 2-10 business days. Metro areas are quicker to deliver than Regional areas. Please be aware that all orders placed on this website are automatically given authority to leave in a safe place if you are not home for delivery.

Do you offer Express Shipping?
We currently do not provide Express Shipping as a standard service. If you require Express Shipping please manually place your order with us by calling us direct on 1300 388 988.

Do you accept International Orders?
We currently do not accept international orders via our website. If you live outside of Australia and would like to place an order with us this can be done by arrangement. I haven’t received my order yet, what should I do?
Our shipping partners deliver parcels within 2-10 business days. If there are delays the delivery duration may extend beyond these times. Please contact us after the specified time frame if you have not received your order.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Yes we do.

I just realised I put the wrong address on my order. I need to change my address, can I do that?
Unfortunately after 24 hours of placing your order with us your items will have shipped and details on the order after this time cannot be changed. Please call us direct on 1300 388 988 to change your address within 24 hours of placing your order.

I received the incorrect item/s in my delivery, what can I do?
It doesn’t happen often and we are so sorry that this happened to you. Please contact us immediately so we can work with you to replace the items.

We are sorry that this has happened. We work hard to ensure a high level of quality control on our products and our delivery partners. Please contact us immediately so that we can work with you to replace the item/s.
