IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19
Currently, our online store is fully operational with our Customer Care team (working remotely) available during our usual business hours. Our manufacturing and distribution continues as normal with the addition of appropriate measures in place to ensure the safety and health of our staff in the workplace, as well as that of our customers. At present, we are not experiencing significant delays in getting orders to our customers within Australia, though this of course could change at any moment so we will continue to update our FAQ pages or contact those affected if this changes. As most delivery partners are now introducing contactless deliveries, this means you will not be asked to sign for deliveries. Instead, drivers will keep a safe distance and will record your initials on their device. They will place your order on your doorstep and do their best to support anyone that requires assistance. Please be advised that when you place an order on our site that you are agreeing to these terms of delivery. We continue to monitor the situation very closely.
